Before starting, prepare the tofu by draining it of excess moisture and cut the Castella cake into small pieces.
Combine all ingredients for the cream in a blender and mix well.
In a bowl, combine ingredients for the matcha sauce and mix until combined.
Arrange castella, matcha sauce and cream into individual serving bowls.
Sprinkle matcha powder on top and decorate with gold leaf.
Your site is the only one I use because I know everything will end up great!
Unfortunately it is not in my taste.I do not recommend it.
