While the cooked cassava still warm, knead until it forms a puree.
Add the butter, salt and parsley.
Mix and keep it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
Shape like cupcakes and garnish with queijo coalho.
Bread the cupcakes.
Fry in hot oil and drain.
