METHOD:
In a bowl, combine shiratamako, sugar and water.
Mix and knead until it forms a dough and the texture feels like an earlobe.
Divide into 8 and mold into balls.
Fill with a chocolate ball, making sure to mold the dough back into a ball.
Put in boiling water and boil for 5 minutes.
Drain on paper towels and dust with cocoa.
I admittedly made a few changes, but I think the concept is the same and made it so good.
